Änderungen gibt es viel...wie immer. ja... bla bla bla.... Einfach testen und auf den nächsten Patch warten. Der kommt bestimmt. - Mit diesem Patch haben wir dann 2,2GB an UT3 Patches, wow... Aber immerhin soll die Menu-Steuerung ohne doppelklick sein... ja Mensch, wenn das kein Grund zur Freude ist.

Für alle, die gerne Testen: Windows 7 der Release Candidate ist da. Ohne Aktivierung kann die Vorabversion 30 Tage lang verwendet werden. Microsoft will den Release Candidate auf jeden Fall bis Juli 2009 als Download anbieten. Der Release Candidate entspricht vom Leistungsumfang her der Ultimate Version des Betriebssystems. Da es eine Vorabversion ist, rät Microsoft davon ab, den Release Candidate auf Produktivsystemen einzusetzen, da dieser noch schwere Fehler enthalten kann. Der aktivierte Release Candidate läuft bis zum 1. März 2010 und verweigert danach seinen Dienst.

* Fixed several problems with lagging gameplay/crashes/wrong display of effects
* Improved bots (teamworking, bunnyhopping, swimming, better way finding, support for ladders, less CPU usage, faster map loading)
* Better visual display of carried items (Strength, Shield, flags and keys)
* Better parental guidance support with cl_gentle and cl_nogibs
* Lots of tourney-related features (timeout/in, spectator-slots, allready, warmup mode, lockteams, unlockteams, movetoteam_red/blue/..., nospectators, records, cointoss)
* Added some effects customization options like cl_casings, cl_weaponpriority
* Many more map entities allowing for more dynamic maps
* Restructured and improved menu: demos menu and multiple campaigns are back, also added an advanced menu containing ALL settings of the game
